Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisors at PLS are responsible for providing leadership to ensure excellent customer service, meet operating objectives and financial goals, and follow company policies. They assist the Assistant Store Manager in day-to-day operations and direct team members in the absence of the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
• Ability to engage with customers, develop positive relationships, and exceed corporate initiatives
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High-energy, collaborative management experience
• English fluency required; English/Spanish bilingual a plus
