Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor responsible for leading store operations, delivering customer service, and following company policies. Performs all duties of a Customer Service Representative and assists Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
• Strong communication and presentation skills
