Scheduler

The Schedler role plays a key role in supporting the successful planning and execution of capital improvement projects by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules. The ideal candidate will possess a working knowledge of CPM/GPM scheduling theory, be proficient in Primavera P6, and demonstrate the ability to communicate schedule insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program scheduling for large capital improvement programs required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related quantitative or technical field.
• Advanced experience in software, including but not limited to Primavera P6 and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), required.
• Understanding the theories, principles, and practices of cost engineering and scheduling is required.
• Effective oral and written communication is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
