The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in digital media and programmatic advertising, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering career development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital media and programmatic advertising
- 4+ years of management experience
- Advanced expertise in Programmatic Advertising, Marketing Planning & Analysis, and Marketing Metrics
- Heavy video background, with hands-on programmatic video, Connected TV, and YouTube campaign management experience
- Strong proficiency in Analytics and Database Marketing
- Expertise in Ad Exchanges, Ad Servers, and Demand Side Platforms (DSPs)
- Channel expertise across CTV, OLV, Display, Audio, Native, DOOH, and App
- Advanced proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Familiarity with Measurement Systems
- Proven ability to mentor and lead teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
