Job description
As Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications, primarily focused on backend services, and build and support microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot.

You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will contribute to system design, code reviews, and technical decision-making to ensure quality, scalability, and performance. You will mentor and provide technical guidance to less experienced engineers.
