Job Description
Join the PocketHealth team to enable hospitals and clinics across North America to share imaging records digitally with patients, and empower patients to be active and engaged participants in their own care. We are seeking a Senior Technical Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end technical implementation of our imaging solution across diverse healthcare environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical services, implementation engineering, or healthcare IT support role
- Advanced knowledge of DICOM, HL7, radiology and clinical workflows
- Hands-on experience with PACS/RIS systems, modality configuration, and Mirth Connect (NextGen Connect)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on high-priority technical issues
- Comfortable working with Linux, scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python), and APIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Deep understanding of data privacy and security in healthcare environments (HIPAA, PHIPA, SOC2, etc.)
