Engagement and Data Analyst

We are looking for an Engagement and Data Analyst to optimize the success and retention of our nurses in the program by using analytical skills to transform behavior data into strategic insights.

Requirements

• Analytical experience: At least one year of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Engagement Analyst role.
• Visualization tools: Intermediate-advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Database management: Strong skills in database management and querying
• Strategic thinking: Proven ability to not only report data, but also to identify insights and translate them into concrete business actions.
• Learning and continuous improvement attitude: Experience in exploring analytical solutions using artificial intelligence tools
• Organization: Attention to detail and ability to manage punctuality and precision in delivering multiple reports.
• Cultural alignment: High results orientation, initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and genuine interest in the success of nurses studying in the program
