Job Description
Lead the future of peptide manufacturing as an Upstream Production Manager, overseeing GMP peptide production, synthesis, cleavage, and conjugation, while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations and driving continuous improvement and capacity planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing leadership; peptide experience strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of peptide chemistry, purification, and GMP standards
- Proven success in team leadership, operational excellence, and strategic planning
