Job Description
Poolside is seeking a Forward Deployed Research Engineer (FDRE) to build and scale agentic systems for hard problems within a close-knit team. This role involves working directly with customers, owning the mission end-to-end, and leveraging research to improve models and platforms. The company operates in a fast-paced, high-risk environment focused on impactful research and engineering.
Requirements
- Strong experience in any software engineering & platforms
- Expertise in Agentic/LLM systems (multi-agent systems, agent communication, evals, tooling)
- Experience in Cloud, Kubernetes, IaC, networking, secrets, observability, CI/CD
