Job Description
Popli Design Group is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Project Engineer to join their team. The role involves designing building electrical systems, assigning tasks, assisting with schedule development, and reviewing work. Candidates should have a strong understanding of electrical circuit theory, power distribution, computer network systems, and signal interpretation.
Requirements
- Advanced working knowledge of electrical circuit theory and design.
- Advanced understanding of building power distribution.
- Advanced understanding of computer network systems and communications infrastructure.
- Advanced understanding of signals / controls.
- Proficient technical Report Writing
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), CAD Proficiency in both AutoCAD and REVIT.
- Familiarity and knowledge of the National Electric Code (N.E.C. / NFPA 70).
- Ability to learn new skills to learn new skills and adapt to non-routine problems.
- Knowledge / Experience with lighting technologies for buildings.
- Six (6) years of experience in design of building electrical systems including power, lighting, fire alarm and special systems.
