PAB Closing Officer

Popular Association Loan Closing Mgmt is sourcing for a Closing Officer responsible for closing due diligence and documentation of commercial loans in the Loan Documentation team in Popular Bank.

Requirements

• Strong analytical/math skills to identify and resolve problems
• Strong oral and written communication skills including presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to take initiative in owning multiple projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum 2 to 4 years prior commercial lending experience in a high volume closing unit
