Job Description
Porter is hiring Practice Coordinators to manage pre-visit activities for in-home assessments and telehealth operations. The role involves reviewing scheduled appointments, preparing charts, making outbound calls, conducting health risk assessments, and ensuring NPs complete 100% of their scheduled assessments.
