Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production websites, with strong expertise in Webflow
- Experience with WordPress page builders or other front-end frameworks
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality site designs, interactions, and performance-driven websites
- Strong front-end skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with interactive libraries such as GSAP, Spline, Unicorn Studio, Rive and Lottie
- Advanced knowledge of Webflow’s CMS, Components, Variables, Interactions, Animations, E-commerce, Integrations, and custom code solutions
- Experience integrating third-party services, APIs, analytics, or marketing tools
- Experience using modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate development, problem-solving, and prototyping of custom solutions
- Experience working with Figma handoff and design systems
- Solid understanding of SEO, performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
