Database Engineer (Oracle)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Database Engineer (Oracle) to work in the Fort Meade, MD vicinity. The DBE provides technical expertise for database design, development, implementation, information storage and retrieval, data flow and analysis. The position requires a minimum of five to ten years of experience as a DE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

What You Will Do

Provide administrator and engineer support with a focus on data optimization, work with large data sets, seeking Oracle efficiencies, optimize an Oracle system so that it operates at peak performance and efficiency, shape how massive and usual data types are processed, stored and leveraged.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Minimum of five to ten years experience as a DE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
• Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL
