Job Description
Aster is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the global market by building and managing institutional relationships, driving trading volume, and forming strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Strong network across VCs, market makers, funds, quant firms, and institutional trading partners.
- 2+ years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional sales within CEX/DEX, prime brokerage, hedge fund, or market maker environments.
- Demonstrated track record in closing high-value institutional deals and delivering measurable trading volume.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly results-driven and fast executor, capable of sourcing and converting leads independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of crypto market structure, perpetual DEX models, and institutional trading dynamics.
