Multi-Skilled Engineer

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team in Stowmarket. The role involves completing reactive and planned maintenance on all Plant equipment to ensure minimum impact on daily production. The position is responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and reporting any safety hazards.

What You Will Do

Carry out frequency-based Preventive Maintenance plans, diagnose breakdown causes, and repair equipment efficiently. Respond to reactive/corrective maintenance requests in a timely manner to reduce downtime.

Requirements

• Multi-skilled, mechanically biased with electrical knowledge
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Ability to work to deadlines and unsupervised
• Quality and Health & Safety awareness
• Minimum Level 3 qualification or apprentice trained
• Good communications skills at all levels
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
