Job Description
As a UX Researcher, you'll have the opportunity to shape digital products based on real user insights. You'll set up and conduct research, translate findings into clear insights, and work closely with UX Designers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure products are user-friendly and effective.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as product development, psychology, or social sciences
- More than 3 years of experience as a UX researcher
- Customer-centric mindset and ability to ask critical questions
- Ability to take initiative and guide customers to the most user-friendly and effective solutions
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with modern UX tools, such as Figma, Condens, and Airtable
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies (bonus points)
