Business Development Executive

PradeepIT is a globally recognized IT Consulting firm looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 0.6-2 years of experience, with a focus on IT industry experience preferred.

Requirements

• Previous experience of working in a similar role
• Exceptional in-person presentation, negotiation, and rapport-building skills
• Ability to handle a high volume, fast-paced sales environment
• Proven results of closing deals and developing long-term relationships with clients
• Experience hunting new clients, cold-calling, and closing deals
• Experience with software outsourcing preferred
• Advanced English level
