Requirements
- Understanding of programming concepts (e.g., MVC frameworks)
- Independent learning and work on your initiative
- Problem-solving capability and innovative thinking
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Contribute and communicate ideas effectively
- PHP development experience using frameworks such as Laravel, React, etc.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
- JavaScript, jQuery, and exposure with ideally one or more of the following - React / Next / Angular / Vue.
- Experience working with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Experience working with APIs
- Working with databases, particularly MySQL
- Version control, preferably Git
- 2+ years minimum experience with WordPress
- Responsive & mobile-first development experience
- Cross-browser/device testing
- GitHub workflow management
- Modern build environment experience
- Knowledge and exposure to web accessibility guidelines
- Understanding of domains & hosting environments, typically Plesk & Linux
- Page Speed optimization-focused builds
- Understanding of SEO
