VTC/AV/Logistician

Role Overview

The VTC/AV Installer will work onsite in Franconia, VA, 5 days a week, with 25% national travel. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining VTC/AV systems and be proficient in handling various types of cabling and related hardware.

What You Will Do

The Installer will follow schematics, interpret installation drawings, and handle and install various types of cabling and hardware. They will also test fiber-optic and copper cabling systems, install cable tray, and document changes to drawings.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, work independently, and have good written and oral communication skills. They will also be able to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience installing AV and/or VTC systems
• Proficiency in handling, installing, and testing fiber-optic and copper cabling systems
• Experience in installing various types of cable tray, PDS, and EMT conduit up to four (4) inches
• Ability to accurately document red-line changes to drawings
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis
