Job Description
We're looking for a motivated Operator I (Assistant Operator) to support our production team in delivering high-quality packaging solutions.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or converting environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong technical skills with press controls, splicer, gluer, label applicators, and tension systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in warm, humid conditions
