Job Description
Premier Truck Group is seeking a Parts Inside Sales representative to provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and search for parts to meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a minimum of one year experience in sales and/or counter operations, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- Provide excellent customer service at the counter
- Respond to telephone inquiries from customers
- Search catalogs for the correct part to meet the customers' needs
- Calls vendors to determine availability and price of parts not in stock
- Maintain a section of the showroom floor
- Assist warehouse personnel in identifying and finding parts
