Tech Lead

We're looking for a Tech Lead to guide a growing team of developers and engineers in India. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people and process management, ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently, securely, and with technical excellence.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of total experience in software engineering
• At least 2+ years in a lead or managerial role
• Strong technical background in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) or similar full-stack environment
• Experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
• Excellent people leadership skills — coaching, feedback, and team development
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
