Machine Operator

Pretium Packaging is hiring Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will set up and operate machines, monitor their performance, and perform routine maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and making adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a machine operator in the plastics industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills
• Knowledge of blow molding machine operation and maintenance procedures
• Familiarity with different types of plastic materials and their properties
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks and inspections
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
