Job Description
Prime Companies is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance and upkeep of properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and appliances
- Performs repairs of routine plumbing requirements such as backups, leaks, and sink/faucet repairs
- Schedules and performs routine preventive maintenance on building exteriors and interiors
- Responds to emergency situations during and after hours for immediate safety concerns
- Maintains safety of materials and equipment on the property, adhering to storage and management of hazardous materials under OSHA guidelines
