Director, Enterprise Strategy

The Director, Enterprise Strategy will support the development and execution of enterprise-level strategic priorities in partnership with senior leadership, lead and contribute to high-impact initiatives, and facilitate strategic planning cycles. The role requires 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic transformation roles.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or strategic transformation roles
• Background in a top-tier consulting firm or large, complex organization preferred
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an asset

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $140,000 – $155,000 CAD (dependent on experience)
