Job Description
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations of a hotel to ensure the safety and well-being of guests, employees, and property.
Requirements
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of security personnel
- Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure proper coverage
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems
- Conduct regular patrols of the hotel premises
- Respond promptly to emergencies, disturbances, and incidents
- Investigate and document security-related incidents, accidents, and guest complaints
- Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service
- Coordinate with other hotel departments
- Work with law enforcement and emergency services
- Enforce access control measures
- Identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
- Implement preventive measures to minimize security incidents
