
Job description
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all daily manufacturing operations. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership to ensure operational excellence, on-time delivery, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership and direction to production teams, ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, oversee daily operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
This role requires a strong working knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive accountability.
