As a client coordinator, you will stimulate, motivate, and support clients with a mild to moderate intellectual disability, focusing on their possibilities rather than limitations. You will build relationships, set realistic goals, and provide guidance and care.

Requirements

• Completed a human or care-related degree at level 3 of the MBO
• Ability to quickly switch between different guidance styles
• Ability to handle difficult-to-handle clients
