Patient Services Representative

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) is responsible for providing a range of patient interactions and functions, including scheduling and logistics, revenue cycle claim scrubbing, and patient registration.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2+ Years experience in a patient facing healthcare function or other customer service function
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• Bi-Lingual a plus
• Mathematical and cash management skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
