Job Description
Pro Coffee Gear is a rapidly growing coffee equipment e-commerce company based on our 20-acre ranch in Austin, Texas. We aim to make it easy for our clients to equip their business or hobby with high-quality coffee equipment while spending less. Our warehouse team has a relaxed but professional culture. We work hard but enjoy and have fun at work. We're also a curious bunch who are fascinated by different coffee-making equipment, their nuances across brands, and how they make coffee.
Requirements
- Strong technical and client service acumen
- Curiosity about learning new things and enjoying deeply understanding how something works
- Strong attention to detail and obsession about getting things right
- Previous coffee tech or auto tech experience or training
- Previous customer service experience or training
