Job Description
The Meat Department Manager in Training role is designed to develop high-potential team members for future Meat Department Manager positions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous supervisory experience in a meat department, butcher shop or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management, ordering, and product rotation.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer requests and concerns professionally.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
