As a Call Centre Agent, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers, managing and resolving general inquiries, updating account information, and addressing complex billing issues.
Engage professionally with customers, diagnose and solve customer problems, process payments, and handle billing inquiries, utilizing CRM and Telephony systems.
