Job Description
Procom is seeking a Technical Trainer for a contract opportunity in Richardson, TX. The Trainer will work with internal resources to create documentation and training presentations for a global user community of 3000 users. The Trainer will deliver training sessions in classroom and online settings, both during regular hours and potentially evening hours. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Technical Training and a general understanding of the ITSM toolset.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a Technical Training role
- General understanding of the ITSM toolset
- Background in software/application training and education
