Process Engineer

The Process Engineer will optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality. The role includes learning technical manufacturing skills, onboarding to IWS, developing leadership skills, and leveraging digital analytics.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and optimize existing ones
• Conduct process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions
• Develop and execute process validation protocols
• Monitor process performance using statistical process control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Prepare detailed technical reports and process documentation
• Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, and materials
