Member Advocates are frontline representatives of WellTrans Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. They handle calls, verify member eligibility, and address customer questions and complaints.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1ā2 years of call center or customer service experience.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish; industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
