Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing; 3+ years of experience in facility-based and/or outpatient psychiatric or substance use treatment; current, active, unrestricted license in the U.S. such as RN, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist

High school diploma, 1 year company driver or transportation experience, ability to work independently

RN, LSW, LCSW, or LMHC license and 2+ years of experience in working with individuals with chronic illnesses, co-morbidities, and/or disabilities

3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

2+ years of acute care clinical experience, active RN license, and reliable internet connection required

High school diploma, 1–2 years call center experience, and ability to pass background check

MA/MS in social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field, or a degree in nursing with a BCBA certificate, and 3 years clinical experience

High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, strong organizational and documentation skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office required

1-2 years of customer service experience, 1-2 years of dispatching experience, prior call center experience
