Senior Project Manager- Healthcare (Design and Construction)

Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) is a national real estate advisory firm providing consulting services as the owner's representative. They are hiring an experienced Senior Project Manager for their Tampa office who will work on a variety of Healthcare projects.

Requirements

• 8 + years of experience in development and project management in the healthcare sector
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance, or a related field
• Experience as an Owner's Representative or Project Manager representing the fiduciary interests of the real estate developer or investor
• Skilled at managing project teams successfully through all phases of the development and construction process
• Knowledgeable with regard to project pro formas, including development budgets, operations (revenues, expenses, cash flows) and resulting financial metrics (return on cost, IRR, etc.)
• Demonstrates skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting/exceeding client expectations and deadlines
• Thoroughly understands project controls, project management, construction documentation, and sequencing
• Possesses a working knowledge of alternate materials/methods, construction costs, value-engineering techniques, and building/occupancy laws and lease requirements.
