Controls Engineer

We offer a rewarding opportunity for a Controls Engineer to develop and program robot, PLC, and HMI controls software for robotic packaging automation machinery. As a Controls Engineer, you'll solve complex challenges to exceed customer expectations and help develop some of the newest technology available in robotic packaging automation.

Requirements

• Prepare Robot, PLC, Servo, HMI software from existing software libraries.
• Confer with mechanical and electrical engineering personnel to prepare software modifications as required.
• Interpret technical specifications and application parameters.
• Assist installation team during install, start up and commissioning of new machines.
• Participate in the start-up of new automation equipment.
• Perform software modifications to existing machines.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical hardware engineering team to execute projects.
• Partner with all other departments as needed.
