Job Description
Alacrity Solutions is seeking an Independent Field Auto Appraiser to verify and provide electronic estimates for automobile repair. The role involves appraising cars, interacting with owners, researching records, and ensuring accurate estimates. Strong customer service skills and independent work capability are essential.
Requirements
- 1+ years field claims experience including auto claims
- Electronic estimating experience using one or all estimating platforms: Mitchell, CCC, Audatex
- 1+ year, strong customer service and conflict resolution competency
- 1+ year, ability to work independently
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and adaptability
- Contacting Alacrity clients to complete inspections/appraisals within our given time frame
