Job Description
Alacrity Solutions is seeking independent field auto appraisers to verify the cost of repairs on vehicles. This role involves riding to client locations, interviewing owners/representatives, and completing detailed inspection reports. Alacrity Solutions provides technology and resources for achieving client objectives through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- 1+ years field claims experience including auto claims
- Electronic estimating experience using one or all estimating platforms (Mitchell, CCC, Audatex)
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution
- Independent work ethic
- Organized and attention to detail
- Contact client for inspections within defined timeframes
- Valid state driver’s license
- Safe driving record
- Professional attire
