Conflicts Attorney/Senior Conflicts Attorney

Proskauer is seeking a Conflicts Attorney/Senior Conflicts Attorney to assist with identifying, reviewing, analyzing, and reconciling conflicts of interest related to incoming legal personnel, new clients, and new matters. The role involves creating and maintaining conflict waivers, ensuring compliance with External Counsel Guidelines, and providing guidance on ethical conduct.

Requirements

• Assist in identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest.
• Consult with the Director of Conflict Services and General Counsel's Office.
• Follow-up with relevant parties to obtain conflicts clearances and other compliance documents.
• Generate and maintain conflicts waivers.
• Review Client Outside Counsel Guidelines.
