Job Description
Proskauer is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist attorneys in all phases of litigation. This role involves drafting documents, coordinating litigation processes, and supporting pre-trial and trial activities.
Requirements
- Drafting documents including: subpoenas, deposition notices, document requests and responses
- Coordinating e-filing and service process with the Managing Attorney's office
