Job Description
Proskauer is seeking a Restructuring Paralegal to join their growing team of over 800 attorneys. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across various industries and jurisdictions, assisting restructuring lawyers with all aspects of the process, including Chapter 11 reorganization, workouts, and other legal proceedings.
Requirements
- Assist in all aspects of the restructuring practice, including Chapter 11 reorganization, workouts, and creditor/lender representations.
- Analyze claims, objections, and related documentation.
- Coordinate e-filing and service process with the Managing Attorney's office.
- Perform statistical and factual research and compiling data for analyses.
- Prepare fee applications and monthly fee statement narratives.
