Job Description
Prospect Capital is seeking a top performing mid-senior level attorney for private credit, debt and equity finance, and other corporate transactional work. The ideal candidate will have a JD degree from a top accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department
- Extensive transactional experience with middle-market private debt and equity transactions (with a focus on lender or sponsor representation)
