FP&A Director, Distribution Finance

Prosperity Life Group is seeking an FP&A Director of Distribution Finance to assist in the development and monitoring of the distribution operations budget, monitoring sales incentive compensation plans, and performing financial modeling and analysis. The position reports directly to the department VP and requires 8-12 years of experience in distribution finance, experience in GAAP and Statutory insurance accounting, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience with distribution finance within expense management
• Experience in GAAP and Statutory insurance accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Very strong analytical skillset
• Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office Data tools such as power bi
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, in accordance with deadlines, and with a variety of stakeholders
• Effective communication and relationship building skills with both internal and external business partners
