Key Responsibilities
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Tech Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top-tier engineering, product, and leadership candidates, leveraging your experience with FAANG and other leading tech firms.
• Sourcing & Outreach: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and drive hiring success.
• Market Mapping & Benchmarking: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to enhance our recruitment approach.
• Process Optimization: Implement best practices and innovative recruitment strategies to improve efficiency, diversity hiring, and employer branding.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Track recruitment metrics, optimize conversion rates, and continuously refine the hiring process.
Requirements
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a strong track record of hiring for engineering and product roles at high-growth startups or USA tech firms.
• Deep understanding of talent landscapes in India.
• Fluent English.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other channels.
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ATS platforms and data-driven hiring approaches.
