Sr. SAP Basis / NetWeaver Admin

Protera is seeking a Sr. SAP Basis / NetWeaver Admin to join our dynamic team, ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP environments, focusing on system administration, performance optimization, and effective management of SAP landscapes.

Requirements

• Administer and maintain SAP landscapes ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Handle the installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP systems, including S/4 HANA and other Business Suite products.
• Provide technical expertise and support during SAP migrations to cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues proactively to minimize downtime.
• Implement and support SAP Fiori applications and ensure smooth operations of the SAP ecosystem.
• Work closely with development and application teams to address technical challenges.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Create and maintain system documentation and technical procedures to support operations.
• Act as a point of contact for customer issues and be involved in change management processes.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the team's knowledge base.
