Director of Philanthropy - SJO

We are seeking a Director of Philanthropy to spearhead fundraising efforts and secure major and planned gifts in support of St. Joseph Hospital's campaigns and fundraising priorities. The successful candidate will be a strategic fundraiser with a knack for philanthropy, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to elevate healthcare.

Requirements

• 5 years in-depth experience in fund development, major gift fundraising, campaigns, and gift planning
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Master's Degree preferred
• Advanced analytical skills to devise effective fundraising strategies and identify contribution sources
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively persuade and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to guide volunteers, staff, and physicians
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional teamwork and delegation capabilities
