Senior Manager, AI Architect

Prudential seeks a Senior Manager, AI Architect to develop AI architecture strategies, design end-to-end AI solution architectures, and lead technical discussions with stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture ideally with insurance industry
• 3+ years of hands-on related experience in AI architecture design and implementation for enterprise AI solutions
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including traditional ML, deep learning, and generative AI
• Experience work in complex IT environments and design scalable, production-ready AI systems
• Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI/ML services
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, MLOps, model deployment and AI model governance
